Day 24: Multitasker

This tunic is one of the workhorses of my wardrobe.  It's great alone, layered on top of dresses, skirts and tops, and it can be tucked into a skirt.  Not to mention, chambray is very of-the-moment and it goes with EVERYTHING.  I wish I could clone it and save the clone for later years when I've completely destroyed it.

I wore this headband today with my pony tail -- not to keep hair out of myself per say, but I'm seriously digging the recent stylings I've seen on blogs and magazines with sorta poofy pony tail hair pushed down with a headband.  So I teased the heck out of my hair and copied.  Only problem is, my ponytail looks seriously damaged. Oh, the things we do for fashion.

I watched the Womens World Cup today, and may I say -- it was absolutely intense.  I'm a recreational soccer player, and watching these incredibly fit women handle the ball just put me in awe the entire 3ish hours the game was on.  I'm incredibly sad that the United States lost it in penalty kicks, but at least Japan will be able to take this victory home in light of the recent destruction they've been dealing with for the last few months.
