OOTD: Glassflower

Saturdays are the most fun weekend days because you can do whatever you want.  Sleep in after recovering from a Friday night of fun.  Wake up early to do something active and sporty.  Take naps.  Eat at random restaurants.  Have fun adventures. Catch up on errands.  Whatever floats your boat.  And no matter what, there's one more buffer off day in Sunday so that you don't have to worry about catching up on work or any nonsense like that.

Today I met some friends to have authentic Shanghainese food -- specifically soup dumplings.  For those that don't know what those are, they're essentially chinese bread pastry with dumpling meat on the inside along with delicious soup.  Eating them requires finesse -- biting straight into one will result in squirting soup all over the place.  Only a careful bite followed by a slurping of the soup base will allow you to continue eating the meat on the inside.  It was my first time having one, and it was delicious!

The weekend also allows for creative, comfortable dressing.  Like this colorful outfit:

Outfit Details
Cardigan: Anthropologie Liamolly Glassflower Cardigan
Top: Anthropologie Wind Rippled Tee
Jeans: Anthropologie AG Stevie Crops
Boots: Zigi Soho Mixer Boots

I scooped this cardigan up during a Liamolly sample sale on Swirl.  Swirl is a daily sample sale site with great discounts in higher priced brands.   I've picked up so many awesome things on this site and ones like it.  Want an invite? Click here.  Anthropologie carried the yellow version of this called the Glassflower Cardigan, but I fell in love with the color palette of this one.  I'm officially in love with Liamolly and its fun cuts, construction and comfy knits.
Thanks for stopping by!  See ya tomorrow!
